虾青素分析测定方法研究 　　【摘 要】选择分光光度法及高效液相色谱法对测定虾青素的分析条件进行研究，从而得出最佳的测定条件。用分光光度法和高效液相色谱法测定虾青素，标准曲线的回归方程的R2都超过了0.99。用分光光度法测定虾青素，回收率范围为99.3-101%，相对标准偏差RSD值为0.78-1.3%；用液相色谱法测定虾青素，回收率范围为100-102% ，相对标准偏差RSD为0.62-1.4%。这些值都在定量分析所要求的阈值范围内，可以用于定量分析。 　　【关键词】分光光度法；高效液相色谱法；虾青素 　　Abstract： Choice two based on the spectrophotometry and high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) were developed for determination the astaxanthin.
