视频宣教对提高口腔种植牙患者治疗依从性效果观察 　　[摘要]目的：探讨视频宣教对提高口腔种植牙患者治疗依从性的效果观察。方法：将在我院进行种植牙手术治疗的140例患者分为试验组和对照组，对照组行常规健康宣教，试验组采用宣传手册和多媒体视频进行互动式健康宣教。观察采取不同宣教方法对于两组患者治疗依从性的影响，于宣教前后发放焦虑自测量表（SAS）和相关知识的掌握度调查表及对治疗的依从性调查表，并作统计对比分析。结果：试验组治疗依从性明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：视频宣教能显著提高口腔种植牙患者治疗的依从性，间接通过治疗效果，并提高患者对于种植牙手术的预防保健意识，可以广泛应用于临床各专业的宣教工作。 　　[关键词]多媒体视频；健康宣教；种植牙；依从性；预防保健 　　[中图分类号]R473.78 [文献标志码]A [文章编号]1008-6455（2015）12-0095-03 　　Video mission to improve the effect of treatment adherence for patients with dental implants in oral 　　WU Ming-hui，TIAN Lian-hua，LI Ping-hua，LIU Di-na 　　（Department of Stomatology，Xiaogan Central Hospital，Xiaogan 432000 Hubei，China） 　　Abstract： Objective To study the video propaganda and education to improve the effect of treatment adherence for patients with dental implants in oral.
