摘要 摘要 I II 摘 要 随着国民经济的快速发展，农村配电网络建设滞后、电网建设滞后于负荷 增长速度、供电能力不足、供电可靠性低、电能质量差等问题逐渐暴露出来。 为加快实施“新农村、新电力、新服务”农电发展战略，为县域经济发展和新 农村建设提供充足的电力保障和优质的供电服务，满足电力负荷需求,提高电网 整体供电能力，优化网络结构，降低线损，为定兴县的电网建设工程提供科学 指导，特撰写本论文。 本文对定兴县农村配电网现状分析，从中找出存在的电网结构不合理、控 制 水平低 等问 题，规 划 35kV 及 以下变 电站 布局和 网架 结构，确 定规划 期内 35kV、10kV 等电网工程项目建设工程量和投资规模，科学指导下阶段电网工 程的建设改造工作。同时结合定兴县国民经济发展规划，以及全县近几年用电 水平实际情况，通过调查研究，预测和展望今后用电水平状况，进而提出网络 结构规划，保证电网运行的安全性和经济性。 关键词：电能质量 农网分析 配电网 规划建设  Abstract With the rapid development of national economy, the rural power distribution grid gradually exposed the problems of the grid construction laged behind the load growth, power shortage, low reliability, poor quality and so on. The aim of this paper is to accelerate the implementation of the development strategy of the new countryside, new electric power and new services, provide sufficient power supply and high quality services for county economy development and new rural construction, satisfy the laod demand, improve the power supply capacity, optimize the gird structure, reduce loss and provide scientific guidance for Dingxing gird construction. This paper analyzes the present situation of the DingXing rural power distribution grid, finds the problems of the unreasonable grid structure, low control level and so on, plans the layout and grid structure of the substation whose voltage class is 35kV and under, determines the quantities and investment scale of the 35kV and 10kV grid projects in the planning period, guides scientifically the gird construction and reconstruction projects in the next stage. Meanwhile, this paper combines the national economic development planning of DingXing, as well as the electricity consumption in recent years, through the investigation and study, forecasts and prospects the future electricity consumption level, and then put forward the planning of the grid structure to ensure the safety and economy of the grid operation.
