超声弹性成像对乳腺良恶性结节诊断价值 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨超声弹性成像对乳腺良恶性结节的诊断价值。 方法 选取2011年6月～2015年6月来我院就诊的115例乳腺良恶性肿瘤患者，病理诊断结果显示共有170个病灶，其中良性结节108个，恶性结节62个，采用超声弹性成像技术诊断乳腺结节的良恶性，并与病理诊断结果作比较；采用改良的超声弹性成像5分法判断乳腺结节良恶性的准确性。 结果 超声弹性成像诊断恶性结节的灵敏度为80.6%，特异度为83.3%，正确指数为0.639，阴性预测值为88.2%；阳性预测值为73.5%。超声弹性成像评分≥4分时，恶性结节比率（80.6%）明显高于良性结节（16.7%）（P0.05）。 结论 超声弹性成像对乳腺良恶性结节的诊断价值较高，可较准确地准确鉴别乳腺结节的良恶性，值得各大医院广泛推广应用。 　　[关键词] 超声弹性成像；乳腺良恶性结节；诊断价值 　　[中图分类号] R737.9 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）03（a）-0127-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the diagnostic value of ultrasound elastography for benign and malignant nodule of breast. Methods 115 cases with benign and malignant tumor of breast treated by our hospital from June 2011 to June 2015 were selected. Pathological diagnosis showed that there were a total of 170 lesions，there were 108 benign nodules，62 malignant nodules，and ultrasound elasticity imaging technique was used to diagnosed the benign and malignant nodule of breast，and its result was compared with pathological diagnosis result；5-point method of modified ultrasound elasticity imaging was used to judge accuracy of benign and malignant nodule of breast. Results The sensitivity of ultrasound elastography in the diagnosis of malignant nodule was 80.6%，the specificity was 83.3%，the correct index was 0.639，the negative predictive value was 88.2%，and the positive predictive value was 73.5%.When ultrasound elastography score ≥4 points，the ratio of malignant nodule （80.6%） was significantly higher than that of benign nodule （16.7%） （P0.05）. Conclusion Diagnostic value of ultrasound elasticity imaging in the diagnosis of benign and malignant nodule of breast is higher，it can accurately identify the benign and malignant nodule of breast，and it is worthy of wide popularization and application in major hospital. 　　[Key words] Ultrasound elastography；Benign and malignant nodule of breast；Diagnostic value 　　近几年来，乳腺肿瘤是在中国女性中最常见的肿瘤之一，主要以良性为主，但乳腺癌却是一种常见的恶性肿瘤[1]。在发达国家，女性乳腺癌患病率排在恶性肿瘤的首位。在中国，女性乳腺癌患病率有逐年上升的趋势，近十几年有加速上升的现象
