超声心动图检查在冠心病伴左室功能不全患者冠脉支架术中应用 　　[摘要] 目的 ?^察超声心动图检查在冠心病伴左室功能不全患者冠脉支架术中的应用。 方法 选取我院2015年3月～2017年3月收治的200 例冠心病伴左室功能不全患者以及100例进行常规体检的健康个体为本次研究对象，200例冠心病伴左室功能不全患者均进行冠脉支架术即为支架组，100例进行常规体检的健康个体为对照组，比较支架组患者行冠脉支架术前与对照组患者超声心动检查左室容量、左室舒张功能指标差异性以及支架组患者行冠脉支架术前后超声心动图检查左心室相关检测数据变化情况。 结果 支架组患者行冠脉支架术前左室收缩容积（LVESV）、左室舒张末期容积（LVEDV）明显高于对照组，左室射血分数（LVEF）明显小于对照组，二尖瓣舒张期最大血流频谱测定左心室Ep/Ap、Aa/Ea、左前降支（LAD）明显高于对照组，支架组患者进行冠脉支架术后LVESV、LVEDV、LVEF、Ep/Ap、Aa/Ea以及LAD各项数据变化明显，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 对于冠心病伴左室功能不全进行冠脉支架术的个体患者进行超声心动图检查有利于医师了解个体左心室容量以及功能改善情况。 　　[关键词] 超声心动图检查；冠心病；左室功能不全；冠脉支架术 　　[中图分类号] R540.45 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2017）35-0122-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To observe the application of echocardiography in coronary stenting in the patients with coronary heart disease complicated with left ventricular dysfunction. Methods 200 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with left ventricular dysfunction who were admitted in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2017 and 100 healthy individuals who underwent routine physical examination were selected as the study subjects. 200 cases of coronary heart disease complicated with left ventricular dysfunction who were given coronary stenting were assigned to the stenting group， and 100 cases of healthy subjects who were given routine physical examination were assigned to the control group.
