超声对慢性肾功能衰竭继发甲状旁腺增生诊断价值 　　【摘要】 目的 分析研究超声对慢性肾功能衰竭继发甲状旁腺增生的诊断价值。方法 随机抽取2011年10月―2015年10月该院收治的60例进行维持性血液透析的患有慢性肾功能衰竭的病人为研究对象，利用超声对患者甲状旁腺进行检查，观测患者增生甲状腺的具体数量、大小、供血状况、具体位置、形态和内部回声，检查患者病灶，将病理检查作为参照。 结果 超声检查结果为91枚甲状旁腺增生病灶，而病理检查发现有83枚属于甲状旁腺增生病灶，8枚属于淋巴结反应性增生，采用超声进行诊断的符合率达到91.21%，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05），超声显示有81枚呈现出的血流信号非常丰富，有39枚的直径小于15 mm类似圆形的，占82.05%，有44枚的直径超过15 mm为叶状或者是不规则状，占75.00%。结论 超声可以有效检查出甲状旁腺增生，是一种具有较高使用价值的影像学筛查法。 　　[关键词] 超声；慢性肾功能衰竭；诊断；甲状旁腺增生 　　[中图分类号] R445.1 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2016）01（a）-0179-03 　　Diagnostic Value of Ultrasound in Secondary Parathyroid Hyperplasia in Chronic Renal Failure 　　ZHANG Lin ，ZHAO Zheng-lian， YANG Hua 　　Ultrasonography Department， Dali Peoples Hospital， Dali， Yunnan Province， 671000 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze and research the diagnostic value of ultrasound in secondary parathyroid hyperplasia in chronic renal failure.
