集束化管理在团体性体检人群应用及效果 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨集束化管理在团体性体检人群的应用及效果。 方法 我医院2016年1～5月体检中心接收24个体检团体，含913例体检人群作为对照组，2016年6～10月体检中心共接收25个体检团体，含981例体检人群作为观察组，对照组按照常规流程安排体检活动，观察组采用集束化管理安排体检流程，比较两组团体性体检人群的体检耗时及体检服务满意度。 结果 观察组的体检耗时显著低于对照组，P =0.001；观察组体检人群对体检安排、体检流程、导检服务及健康教育的满意度显著高于对照组，P0.001。观察组健康知识知晓率、护理质量评分均明显高于对照组，且比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 集束化管理可缩短团体性体检人群的体检耗时，提升体检服务满意度。 　　[关键词] 集束化管理；体检中心；团体性体检 　　[中图分类号] R473 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 2095-0616（2017）12-244-04 　　Application and effect of cluster management on people with physical examinations in groups 　　CEN Cuilian ZHENG Xian TANG Yangfeng XU Yixia 　　Lianjiang Peoples Hospital， Lianjiang 524400， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To explore application and effect of cluster management on people with physical examinations in groups. Methods 24 physical examination groups including 913 people with physical examination who were received in Medical Examination Center of our hospital from January 2016 to May 2016 were set as the control group. 25 physical examination groups including 981 people with physical examination who were received in Medical Examination Center from June 2016 to October 2016 were set as the observation group. Time for physical examinations and satisfaction with physical examination service of 2 groups of people with physical examinations were compared.
