重组人脑利钠肽治疗失代偿性心力衰竭护理探讨 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨重组人脑利钠肽治疗失代偿性心力衰竭的护理方法。方法 68例失代偿性心力衰竭患者， 随机分为对照组和观察组， 每组34例。对照组患者采用常规护理， 观察组患者采用优质护理。对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果 护理后观察组收缩压（SBP）、舒张压（DBP）、心率（HR）、呼吸频率（R）、血浆脑利钠肽（BNP）、左心室射血分数（LVEF）指标明显优于对照组（P0.05）；两组护理满意度比较差异具有统计学有意义（P0.05）。结论 重组人脑利钠肽在治疗失代偿性心力衰竭时运用优质护理， 干预效果显著， 值得推广。 　　【关键词】 重组人脑利钠肽；失代偿性心力衰竭；优质护理 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2016.19.169 　　Nursing investigation during recombinant human brain natriuretic peptide in the treatment of decompensated heart failure CAI Wei-liang. Methods A total of 68 decompensated heart failure patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group， with 34 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing， and the observation group received high quality nursing. Clinical effects were compared between the two groups. Results After nursing， the observation group had all better systolic blood pressure （SBP）， diastolic blood pressure （DBP）， heart rate （HR）， respiratory rate （R）， plasma brain natriuretic peptide （BNP）， and left ventricular ejection fraction （LVEF） than the control group （P0.05）. The difference of nursing satisfaction degree had statistical significance between the two groups （P0.05）.
