阶段式康复护理应用于颅脑外伤患者对其术后肢体运动功能神经功能及生活质量影响 　　【摘要】 目的：探究?A段式康复护理对颅脑外伤患者术后康复的影响。方法：以本院2015年 　　6月-2016年12月收治的82例颅脑外伤需手术治疗的患者为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组，每组41例。为对照组提供常规护理，在常规护理前提下为观察组提供阶段式康复护理。观察比较术后两组的康复情况、生活质量。结果：分析NIHSS神经功能量表评分，术后4周两组的评分均明显低于术前，且观察组评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。评估上下肢功能，术后4周两组的上、下肢Fugl-Meye评分均高于术前，观察组术后4周评分高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。与对照组比，观察组术后SF-36生活质量量表各项评分高，术后不良反应发生率低、住院时间短、预后优良率高，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：将阶段式康复护理应用于颅脑外伤术后患者效果明显，能有效促进患者神经、肢体运动功能的恢复，改善预后，提高患者术后生活质量。 　　【关键词】 颅脑外伤； 阶段式康复护理； 肢体运动功能； 神经功能 　　Effect of Phased Rehabilitation Nursing on Postoperative Limb Motor Function，Nerve Function and Quality of Life in Patients with Craniocerebral Trauma Operation/LIU Peizhen.//Medical Innovation of China，2018，15（08）：081-084 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To explore the effect of phased rehabilitation nursing on postoperative rehabilitation of craniocerebral trauma operation.Method：A total of 82 patients with craniocerebral trauma treated for surgical treatment in our hospital from June 2015 to December 2016 were randomly divided into control group and observation group according to the table of random numbers.The control group was given routine nursing care，the observation group was given phased rehabilitation nursing on the basis of routine nursing care.The rehabilitation and the quality of life were compared between two groups after operation.Result：After 4 weeks，NIHSS neural function score of two groups were lower than those of before operation，and the observation group was lower than the control group，the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.
