阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎效果分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨阿奇霉素序贯疗法对小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的作用。 方法 以本院2011年1月～2013年1月收治的98例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿为研究对象，将其随机分为观察组与对照组，所有患者均行基础治疗与护理，观察组患者采用阿奇霉素序贯疗法进行治疗，对照组患者采用红霉素进行治疗，比较两组患者的临床效果、炎性细胞因子和不良反应发生率之间的差异。 结果 观察组患者的痊愈率高于对照组，退热时间、?音消失时间和咳嗽消失时间均短于对照组，超敏C反应蛋白和白介素6低于对照组，不良反应发生率低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 阿奇霉素序贯疗法治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的效果显著，能提高临床效果，降低不良反应发生率。 　　[关键词] 阿奇霉素；支原体肺炎；疗效比较 　　[中图分类号] R725.6[文献标识码] A[文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）06（b）-0068-03 　　 　　Effect analysis of azithromycin sequential therapy in the treatment of pediatric Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia 　　QIN Wei HUANG Wan-yi FENG Yuan-zheng QIU Xiao-qi 　　Shipai Hospital of Dongguan City in Guangdong Province,Dongguan 523330,China 　　[Abstract] Objective To discuss the function of azithromycin sequential therapy in the treatment of pediatric Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia. Methods Ninety-eight pediatric patients with Mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia admitted into our hospital from January 2011 to January 2013 were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The basic treatment and nursing were provided in all participants.In the observation group,azithromycin sequential therapy was added,while in the control group,erythromycin was adopted.The differences of clinical effect,inflammatory cytokines,and incidence of adverse reaction were compared in the two groups. Results The cure rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.Time of fever abatement and disappearing time of rale and cough were shorter than those in the control group.The levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein and interleukin-6 were both lower than those in the control group.The incidence of adverse reaction in the observation group was less in comparison with that in the control group.The indexes mentioned above all displayed statistical significance (P0.05).
