非酒精性脂肪肝患者血脂血糖和肝功酶学指标水平研究 　　[摘要] 目的 分析非酒精性脂肪肝患者的血脂、血糖及肝功酶学指标的变化情况及检测意义。 方法 选取2012年1月～2014年8月在本院体检中发现的300例非酒精脂肪肝且无病毒性肝炎患者设为观察组，并选取本院同期接受体检的300例健康者作为对照组，对两组的血脂、血糖及肝功酶学指标进行检测和比较。 结果 观察组患者的血糖、血脂水平高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；观察组患者的GGT、ALT、AST水平分别为（53.20±9.37）、（54.88±9.08）、（53.58±7.89） U/L，显著高于对照组的（29.25±8.56）、（23.87±6.08）、（22.87±5.12） U/L（P0.05）。 结论 加强非酒精性脂肪肝患者的血糖、血脂和肝功酶学指标监测有助于疾病的早期发现和防治，具有重要的临床价值。 　　[关键词] 非酒精性脂肪肝；血糖；血脂；肝功酶学 　　[中图分类号] R577.5 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2015）07（c）-0106-03 　　Study on levels of indices of blood lipid，blood sugar and enzymology of liver function for patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease 　　JIN Si-hai 　　Clinical Laboratory，Luoyang Dongfang Hospital，Luoyang， 471003，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze changes and detection significance of indices of blood lipid，blood sugar and enzymology of liver function for patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. Methods 300 patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease and non-viral hepatitis who were detected in physical examination in our hospital from January 2012 to August 2014 were selected as observation group.300 healthy subjects who received physical examination during the same period of time were selected as control group.Indices of blood lipid，blood sugar and enzymology of liver function were tested and compared between two groups. Results Levels of blood sugar and blood lipid in the observation group were higher than those in the control group，the difference was significant（P0.05）.Levels of GGT，ALT and AST in t observation group respectively were （53.20±9.37），（54.88±9.08） and （53.58±7.89） U/L，which were significantly higher than those of the control group[（29.25±8.56），（23.87±6.08） and （22.87±5.12） U/L]（P0.05）. Conclusion Strengthening the monitoring of indices of blood lipid，blood sugar and enzymology of liver function for patients with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease helps early detection，prevention and treatment of diseases，which is of significant clinical value. 　　[K
