重症胰腺炎急性液体积聚行两侧腹小切口腹膜后引流术研究 　　【摘要】 目的：研究重症胰腺炎急性液体积聚行两侧腹小切口腹膜后引流术的效果。方法：运用随机抽样的方法选取本院2011年1月-2014年9月收治的66例重症胰腺炎急性液体积聚患者，依据治疗方法将这些患者分为研究组（33例）和对照组（33例）。给予对照组患者剖腹引流术治疗，给予研究组患者两侧腹小切口腹膜后引流术治疗，然后对两组患者的引流量、拔除引流管时间、住院时间及不良反应发生情况进行统计分析。结果：研究组患者的引流量显著多于对照组（P0.05）；拔除引流管时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组（P0.05）；不良反应发生率显著低于对照组（P0.05）。结论：重症胰腺炎急性液体积聚行两侧腹小切口腹膜后引流术的效果显著，值得在临床推广。 　　【关键词】 重症胰腺炎急性液体积聚； 两侧腹小切口腹膜后引流术； 研究 　　The Research of Both Sides of a Small Abdominal Incision Retroperitoneal Drainage on Acute Pancreatitis Fluid Accumulation/ZHONG Ji-hua，WANG Bin，LIU Qin-zhi.//Medical Innovation of China，2015，12（16）：057-059 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study the effect of both sides of a small abdominal incision retroperitoneal drainage research on acute pancreatitis fluid accumulation.Method：66 severe acute pancreatitis patients with fluid accumulation who were treated in our hospital from January 2011 to September 2014 were selected by random sampling method，they were divided into study group （33 cases） and control group （33 cases） according to the treatment methods.The control group was given laparotomy drainage treatment，while the study group was given both sides of the abdominal peritoneum incision and drainage treatment，and then the volume of drainage，the extubation time，hospital stay and adverse events of the two groups were analyzed.Result：The volume of drainage of the study group was significantly more than that of the control group（P0.05），the extubation time and length of hospital stay were significantly shorter compared with the control group（P0.05），the incidence of adverse events of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The effect of both sides of a small abdominal incision retroperitoneal drainage on acute pancreatitis fluid accumulation is significant，so it is worthy of promotion. 　　【Key words】 Acute pancreatitis fluid accumulation； Both sides of a small abdominal incision retroperitoneal drainage； Research 　　First-author’s address：Humen
