阿奇霉素联合炎琥宁治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎疗效分析 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨阿奇霉素联合炎琥宁治疗儿童支原体肺炎的治疗效果和安全性。 方法 整群选择青岛市胶州中心医院儿科2012年1月―2014年12月期间住院治疗的102例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿为研究对象，入院时将其随机分为对照组和观察组，每组各51例，两组患儿均根据症状给予对症、退热、止咳、祛痰、平喘治疗，对照组给予阿奇霉素静脉点滴抗感染，观察组给予阿奇霉素联合炎琥宁静脉点滴抗感染治疗，观察两组患儿的体温恢复正常的时间、症状控制的时间、肺内??音消失时间、治疗效果及不良反应等指标。结果 观察组体温恢复正常的时间、症状控制的时间、肺内??音消失的时间均短于对照组，其差异具有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 炎琥宁联合阿奇霉素治疗儿童支原体肺炎能缩短治疗时间、提高疗效，且不明显增加不良反应发生率，可以推广应用。 　　[关键词] 阿奇霉素；炎琥宁；儿童支原体肺炎；体温 　　[中图分类号] R725.6 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）09（b）-0124-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the therapeutic effect and safety of azithromycin joint yanhuning in treating children mycoplasma pneumonia； Methods Choosing 102 children with mycoplasma pneumonia who hospitalized in pediatrics of our hospital during January 2012 to December 2014 as the research object， and then divided them into control group and observation group randomly.Each group had 51 cases.According to their symptoms，the children of two groups were treated for fever， cough， eliminating phlegm， asthma and symptomatic treatments.The control group was given azithromycin intravenous drip to control infection， while the observation group was given azithromycin joint yanhuning intravenous drip to control infection. To observe the indexes of the two groups such as the time of childrens body temperature returned to normal， the time of symptom controled， the time of pulmonary rales disappeared， the rapeutic effects and adverse reactions and so on. Results The time of childrens body temperature returned to normal， the time of symptom controled and the time of pulmonary rales disappeared of the observation group were shorter than the control group’s， the difference was statistically significant （P 0.05）. Conclusion The treatment of azithromycin joint yanhuning in treating children mycoplasma pneumonia can shorten the treatment time and improve curative effect， and do not significantly increase the incidence of adverse reactions， it can be applied spreadly. 　　[Key words] Azithromycin； Yanhuning ； Chi
