预见性护理在冠心病心绞痛患者护理中应用效果观察 　　【摘要】 目的：分析预见性护理在冠心病心绞痛患者护理中的应用效果。方法：选择笔者所在医院2013年1月1日-2015年3月21日收治的86例冠心病心绞痛患者，分为常规组与试验组两组，其中常规组患者采取一般护理，试验组患者采取预见性护理，对比两组患者的护理效果。结果：经过为期12个月的病情随访可知，试验组患者血压正常、血脂正常、血糖正常发生率均明显高于常规组，差异均有统计学意义（P0.05）；试验组心绞痛发作率明显低于常规组，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；试验组护理满意度为95.35%，常规组为79.07%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：对冠心病心绞痛患者采取预见性护理干预的应用效果显著，有利于提高护理满意度，改善患者预后。 　　【关键词】 冠心病心绞痛； 预见性护理； 应用效果 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2017.28.028 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2017）28-0055-02 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze the effect of predictive nursing care in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris.Method：A total of 86 patients with angina pectoris were enrolled in the author’s hospital from January 1，2013 to March 21，2015.They were divided into two groups：the conventional group and the experimental group.The patients in the conventional group were treated with general care.The patients in the experimental group were predictive Nursing， the nursing efficacy of two groups were compared.Result：The incidence of angina pectoris was significantly lower than that of the conventional group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The incidence of angina pectoris was significantly lower in the experimental group than in the conventional group，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The incidence of angina pectoris was significantly lower than that of the conventional group And nursing group satisfaction were 95.35% and 79.07%，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：The application of predictive nursing intervention in patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris is significant， which is helpful to improve nursing satisfaction and improve the prognosis of patients. 　　【Key words】 Coronary heart disease and angina； Predictive care； Application effect 　　First-author’s address：The First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University，Xiamen 361003，China 　　心绞痛属于冠心病的一类常见临床症状，分析该类疾病的发生机制目前尚存在一定的异议，主要是在多种因素的前提下形成该类疾病[1-2]。本次研究对冠心病心绞痛患者采取预见性护理干预方
