颈动脉斑块形成相关危险因素分析 　　【摘要】 目的：利用彩色多普勒超声诊断颈动脉斑块，分析影响颈动脉斑块形成的相关危险因素。方法：选择在笔者所在医院健康体检中接受颈动脉彩超的检查者523名作为研究对象，根据受检查者颈动脉有无斑块分为正常组和斑块组。通过问卷调查受检者性别、年龄、吸烟史、饮酒史、高血糖、高血压、高血脂等病史，并分别检测受检者的空腹血糖水平、血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白、高密度脂蛋白等相关指标，单因素分析其与颈动脉斑块形成的相关性。结果：年龄、吸烟、高血压、高血糖、高血脂是影响颈动脉斑块形成的独立危险因素（P0.05）。结论：颈动脉斑块形成与受检者的年龄、高血压、高血糖、高血脂密切相关，该病变是由多种原因作用于不同环节造成的结果，早期对这些危险因素作出有效干预，可降低心血管事件的风险。 　　【关键词】 颈动脉斑块； 彩色多普勒超声； 危险因素 　　中图分类号 R445.1 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2016）4-0055-03 　　Analysis of Risk Factors Associated with Carotid Artery Plaque Formation/CHEN Fei，CHEN Xiao-bo，LU Wu-zhu，et al.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2016，14（4）：55-57 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To analyze risk factors associated with carotid artery plaque formation by using ultrasound to diagnose carotid artery plaque.Method： 523 subjects who received carotid ultrasound examination in the health examination in the hospital were selected as the research objects.According to carotid artery plaque，they were divided into the normal group and the plaque group.The medical history of the examiners about gender， age， smoking history， drinking history， hyperglycemia， hypertension， hyperlipidemia etc， and detecting fasting plasma glucose level，total serum cholesterol，triacylglycerol，low density lipoprotein and high density lipoprotein were surveyed by used questionnaire.The correlation of the factors and carotid artery plaque formation were analysed by single factor.Result：Age， smoking， hypertension， hyperglycemia， hyperlipidemia were independent risk factors affecting the formation of carotid plaques（P0.05）.Conclusion：Carotid artery plaque formation was closely related to age，smoking， hypertension， hyperglycemia and hyperlipidemia.
