鼻咽癌患者放疗致口腔黏膜反应观察及护理方式分析 　　【摘要】 目的：研究预防鼻咽癌患者放疗致口腔黏膜反应的护理方式。方法：选取笔者所在医院2014年4月-2016年6月收治的鼻咽癌患者124例进行分组。普通组进行常规护理干预；全方位组进行全方位护理干预。比较两组患者对护理服务的满意度、遵医行为、情绪状态、住院时间、放疗致口腔黏膜反应发生率。结果：全方位组患者对护理服务的满意度比普通组高（P0.05）；全方位组遵医行为、情绪状态、住院时间优于普通组（P0.05）；全方位组放疗致口腔黏膜反应发生率比普通组低（P0.05）。结论：鼻咽癌患者放疗致口腔黏膜反应在临床较为常见，通过全方位护理干预的实施，可有效降低口腔黏膜反应发生率，减轻患者不良情绪，提高其遵医行为，缩短住院时间，是一种理想的护理方式。 　　【关键词】 鼻咽癌患者； 放疗致口腔黏膜反应； 护理方式 　　doi：10.14033/j.cnki.cfmr.2017.15.031 文献标识码 B 文章编号 1674-6805（2017）15-0057-02 　　Observation of Oral Mucosa Reaction Caused by Radiotherapy for Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Patients and Analysis of Nursing Methods/CHEN Yue-mei，MAO Zhi-xing.//Chinese and Foreign Medical Research，2017，15（15）：57-58 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To study the prevention nursing methods of oral mucosa reaction induced by radiotherapy in patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Method：124 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma in our hospital from April 2014 to June 2016 were selected for grouping.The general group received routine nursing intervention，and the omni-directional group received comprehensive nursing intervention.The satisfaction with nursing services，compliance behavior，emotional state，hospitalization time，radiotherapy induced oral mucosal reaction rate were compared between the two groups of patients.Result：The satisfaction with nursing services of the omni-directional group was higher than that of the general group（P0.05）.The compliance behavior，emotional state，hospitalization time of the omni-directional group were better than those of the general group（P0.05）.The radiotherapy induced oral mucosal reaction rate of the omni-directional group was lower than that of the general group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Oral mucositis induced by radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma is common in clinical practice，through the implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention，can effectively reduce the incidence rate of oral mucosa reaction，alleviate the negative emotions of patients，improve their compliance，shorten the hos
