中学生性行为与性态度现状调查分析 　　【摘要】目的：了解中学生的性行为与性态度现状，为中学开展青春期性教育提供事实依据。方法：采用匿名方式对广东、福建和山东三个不同地区的1088名初高中生进行问卷调查。结果：中学生恋爱、性幻想、手淫、性梦的比例分别为285%、258%、248%和192%，甚至有22%的中学生有过婚前性行为。以上行为普遍表现为男生高于女生，高中高于初中，内陆高于沿海。中学生认为只要双方愿意就可以进行婚前性行为的有335%，呈现比较开放态度；认为网恋是虚假不现实的占545%，说明中学生对网恋具有理性的态度。结论：目前中学生婚前性行为比例虽然不高，但性态度较开放，甚至多数学生对婚前性行为表示不同程度赞同。因此，家庭、学校、社会应互相配合进行性健康教育，促使中学生身心健康发展。 　　【关键词】中学生；性态度；性行为 　　【Abstract】Objectives： To understand the status of sexual behaviors and attitudes among middle school students， so as to provide factual evidences for adolescent sexual education. Method： A total of 1088 middle school students from Guangdong， Fujian and Shandong provinces were interviewed by using anonymous questionnaire. Results： The proportions of love affair， sexual fantasy， masturbation， and sexual dream among middle school students were 28.5%， 25.8%， 24.8% and 19.2% respectively. And even 2.2% students had premarital sexual behavior. For the incidences of these behaviors， male was higher than female； senior school was higher than junior school and inland students were higher than coastal students. 33.5% students regarded premarital sexual behavior was permitted if both sides had willingness， while their attitudes toward sexual issues were relatively open. 54.5% students thought online love was mendacious and not realistic， which showed that the students had a rational attitude to online love. Conclusion： Though incidence of premarital sexual behavior is not high at present， students are likely to hold an open attitude to sex， and most of them hold favorable attitude towards premarital sexual behavior.
