高频电刀对扁桃体组织热损伤特点分析 　　doi：10.3969/j.issn.1007-614x.2014.20.40 　　摘 要 目的：分析不同模式和功率的高频电刀对扁桃体组织产生热损伤方面的临床特点，以降低高频电刀在治疗扁桃体时造成的损伤。方法：2012年2月-2013年12月收治扁桃体切除术治疗患者120例，随机将其分成3组，各40例。在对患者进行治疗时采用电凝模式和电切模式，1组功率15 W和20 W，2组功率25 W和30 W，3组的功率35 W和40 W。观察各电凝和电切模式下不同功率对扁桃体组织产生的热损伤情况。结果：电凝和电切这两种模式下的功率20～25 W时，高频电刀对患者扁桃体组织产生的热损伤是最低的，和其余功率情况下产生的热损伤之间比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：不同模式下和不同功率下的高频电刀对于扁桃体组织的热损伤程度不一，损伤程度最低的是20～25 W，医师在使用时需注意控制高频电刀的使用功率。 　　关键词 高频电?? 扁桃体组织 热损伤 　　The damage characteristics high-frequency electric knife on tonsil tissue thermal 　　Liu Yaxin1，Zhang Xing（Corresponding author）2 　　Department of Otolaryngology Head and neck，First Peoples Hospital of Qujing City，Yunnan 6550001 　　Department of respiration，First Peoples Hospital of Qujing City，Yunnan 6550002 　　Abstract Objective：To analyze the clinical characteristics of thermal damage by high frequency electric knife with different mode and power in the tonsil tissue，in order to reduce the injury caused by high frequency electricity knife in the treatment of tonsil.Methods：120 cases with the treatment tonsillectomy were selected from February 2012 to December 2013.They were randomly divided into three groups with 40 cases in each.Coagulation mode and cutting mode were used in the treatment.The powers were 15 W and 20 W in first group.The powers were 25 W and 30 W in second group.The powesr were 35 W and 40 W in third groups.Observe the thermal damage of tonsil tissue under different power of electrocoagulation and electrocision mode.Results：The thermal damage of tonsil tissue was lowest when power of high-frequency electric knife in 20～25 W under the two modes of electrocoagulation and electrocision，and the difference was significantly when comparied with other power（P0.05）.Conclusion：The thermal damage degree of the tonsil tissue was different when the high frequency electricity knife under different models and power.The damage was lowest when the power under 20～25 W.The physician should pay attention to the power of h
