鼻内镜下低温等离子消融筛前神经治疗变应性鼻炎临床研究 　　【摘要】 目的：?^察低温等离子消融筛前神经治疗变应性鼻炎的临床效果。方法：选取2007-2016年本院治疗的变应性鼻炎患者980例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组各490例。对照组患者给予丙酸氟替卡松（辅舒良）鼻喷雾剂外用鼻腔喷入，2次/d，口服地氯雷他定分散片5 mg/（次?d），治疗组患者在鼻内镜下低温等离子消融筛前神经。比较两组患者的临床有效性、安全性，对主要临床表现进行评定，观察症状变化。结果：对照组治疗的有效率为75.5%，明显低于治疗组的91.8%，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。在症状改善方面，治疗组明显优于对照组，治疗组症状积分显著低于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。在不良反应方面，治疗组发生率明显低于对照组，比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：鼻内镜下低温等离子消融筛前神经治疗变应性鼻炎效果明显优于外用丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂及口服地氯雷他定分散片，疗效确切，安全性较高，避免了因长期使用激素所导致的不良反应，值得临床推广。 　　【关键词】 鼻内镜； 等离子； 变应性鼻炎； 丙酸氟替卡松鼻喷雾剂； 地氯雷他定分散片 　　Low Temperature Plasma Ablation Endoscopic Anterior Ethmoidal Nerve Clinical Research in the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis/LIANG Heng-wei.//Medical Innovation of China，2017，14（10）：046-049 　　【Abstract】 Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of low temperature plasma ablation endoscopic anterior ethmoidal nerve in treating allergic rhinitis.Method：From 2007 to 2016，980 allergic rhinitis patients treated in our hospital were divided into the control group and the treatment group according to random number table method，490 cases in each group.The control group was given Fluticasone Dipro-pionate Aqueous（auxiliary ShuLiang） nasal spray，and Desloratadine Dispersible Tablets；while the treatment group was treated with low temperature plasma ablation endoscopic anterior ethmoidal nerve.The effectiveness and safety of the two groups were compared and improvement of clinical symptoms by the change of scores was observed.Result：Effective rate of the control group was 75.5%，lower than the treatment group of 91.8%，the difference had statistical significance（P0.05）.Main clinical symptoms of the treatment group were better relieved than those of the control group，and main clinical symptoms scores of the treatment group were lower than the control group（P0.05）.The treatment group has higher safety and lower incidence of adverse reactions than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Treating allergic rhinitis with low temperature plasma ablation endoscopic anterior
