With the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed rail and a number of high-speed railway lines built and put into operation , Chinas high-speed rail is tend to more improved and exquisite in constantly practice. High-speed rail technology had such rapid development, because of its large volume, low energy consumption, and a characteristic of more quickly and convenient than other modes of transport based on a relative higher safety and comfort. But with the improvement of the running speed of the rolling stock, the increasing differences in the operating environment of the vehicle brought about a growing problem of fatigue damage. In addition ,Currently our overhaul Mechanism of EMU vehicles is regular maintenance mechanism, therefore, relatively accurate fatigue life of EMU predict vehicle parts , not only of great significance to improve EMU s safety and reliability , while also providing a theoretical basis for EMU maintenance spares program. Besides, as a high-speed transport equipment and under the premise of ensuring reliability, how to achieve EMU vehicle’s scientific management and cost optimization is a vital research. In the field of component life prediction, the main research method is divided into deterministic fatigue life prediction methods and uncertainty fatigue life prediction methods. The deterministic fatigue life prediction methods mostly based on S-N curve , cyclic stress-strain curve of materials or components, combined with fatigue cumulative damage theory or finite element analysis, to predict the fatigue life of components . This method only considers the material fatigue under normal circumstances and fatigue characteristics of their particular force part and did not fully take into account the d
