输卵管妊娠宫腔镜下注药效果观察 　　[摘要] 目的 分析研究输卵管妊娠宫腔镜下注药的临床效果。方法 随机选择该院2012年1月―2015年3年输卵管妊娠患者110例分为对照组与观察组，对照组55例患者为保守治疗，予以甲氨蝶呤肌注口服米非司酮配合中药治疗，观察组55例患者采用宫腔镜下输卵管插管注入甲氨蝶呤；对两组患者临床疗效进行观察、对比。 结果 对照组患者治疗失败率为18.2%，而观察组患者治疗失败率仅为5.5%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗3个月后，观察组患者输卵管通畅情况显著优于对照组（P0.05）。结论 输卵管妊娠宫腔镜下注入甲氨蝶呤，疗效确切，易于患者接受。 　　[关键词] 输卵管妊娠；宫腔镜；米非司酮；甲氨蝶呤 　　[中图分类号] R714 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）11（c）-0132-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect of tubal pregnancy by hysteroscopy. Methods 110 cases of patients with tubal pregnancy treated in our hospital from January 2012 to March 2015 were randomly selected and divided into the control group and the observation group.55 cases of patients in the control group received conservative treatment， who were given methotrexate intramuscular injection of mifepristone combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment，55 cases of patients in the observation group were treated by hysteroscopic tubal catheterization and injection of methotrexate （MTX），the clinical curative effects of the two groups of patients were observed and compared. Results The failure rate of the control group was 18.2%， while the observation group was only 5.5%， the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）； After three months of treatment， the patency of fallopian tubes in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group （P0.05）. Conclusion Injection of methotrexate under hysteroscopic tubal pregnancy is efficacy and easy to be accepted by patients. 　　[Key words] Tubal pregnancy； Hysteroscopy； Mifepristone； Methotrexate 　　输卵管妊娠也称作异位妊娠，是指受精卵于子宫腔外的着床与发育，属妇科常见急腹症，也是造成产妇死亡的一重要因素[1]。临床上输卵管妊娠的发生率较高，基于其直接威胁到妇女的身体健康，随着输卵管妊娠早期诊断技术水平的大幅提高，普遍应用的保守治疗方案也越来越多。对还有生育要求的孕妇来说，治疗的同时能够保证输卵管组织的完整性、恢复输卵管生理功能非常重要。此次研究随机选择2012年1月―2015年3年来该院进行治疗的输卵管妊娠患者110例，分析研究输卵管妊娠宫腔镜下注药的临床效果，现报道如下。 　　1 资料与方法 　　1.1 一般资料 　　随机选择的110例输卵管妊娠患者经妇科检查均显示附件区存在包块与触痛感；纳入标准：①并无活动性出血，生命体征平稳；②无药物治疗禁忌症以及宫腔镜检查禁忌症；③B超附件区包块最大直径不超过4 cm，未见有心管搏动，宫内并未有孕囊；④无外周血白细胞、肝肾功能以及血小板异
