This paper aims to understand the clinical pharmacy graduate status and the domestic and foreign education with the professional graduate education present situation， and analyze the shortcomings of the current clinical pharmacy graduate education， study the new trends of the specialty in our school， according to the existing conditions and advantages from the realitya put forward feasible suggestions to cultivate high-quality innovative and practical service clinical pharmacy personnel in accordance with its own educational philosophy and characteristics， so as to provide reference strategies for the reform and development of postgraduate education in clinical pharmacy. 　　[Key words] Clinical pharmacy； Postgraduate education； Situation analysis； Combination of medicine and pharmacy； Character
