贫困大学生政治思想教育和系统心理干预效果评价 　　【摘要】 目的 研究政治思想教育与系统心理干预相结合模式对医学类贫困大学 生心理健康状况的影响，为在校医学类贫困大学生的心理干预提供依据。方法 对山西大同大学医学院在校本、专科189名贫困生随机分为对照组和实验组，对实验组 进行1个学期不间断的政治思想教育和系统心理干预，并于干预前后采用症状自评量表（SCL -90）进行心理健康状况问卷测评。结果 实验组教育干预后贫困大学生心 理健康状况大多有明显的改善，实验组各因子干预前后自身对比，实验组与对照组比较，统 计学处理都有显著性差异（P＜0.05，P＜0.01 ）。实验组的心理健康水平较对照组有显著提高。结论 采用政治思想教育 与综合心理干预措施相结合模式能显著提高医学类贫困大学生的心理健康状况水平。 　　【关键词】 贫困大学生；政治思想教育与系统心理干预；症状自评量表 　　 　　To Evaluate the Effect of education of Thought and Politics and Systemic MentalIntervention on Lnpoverished Students. Medical College, Shanxi Datong University, Datong 037008, P.R.China 　　 【Abstract】 Objective To study the effect about the mode of combiningeducation of thought and politics and systemic mental intervention to psycholog ical health status about impoverished student in medical college to provide thebase of mental intervention to impoverished student in medical college. Methods To divide randomly 189 impoverished student who were undergrad uate course and special course of study in our college to control group and e xperimental group. The experimental group were intevened by uninterrupted educa tion of thought and politics and systemic mental intervention. The symptom check list 90(SCL-90) were used to evaluate their mental health status before and afte r the intervention. Results The psychological health status of th e impoverished students improved significantly after intervention. The differenc es between before and after intervention of the experimental group, and the diff erences between the experimental group and control group after the interventionare significant.
