阿司匹林和华法林预防髋膝关节手术后下肢深静脉血栓形成研究 　　[摘要] 目的 比较阿司匹林与华法林对髋膝关节手术后患者下肢深静脉血栓形成的应用效果。 方法 选取于本院进行髋膝关节手术的100例患者，将其随机均分为阿司匹林组和华法林组，两组患者在低分子肝素皮下注射基础上分别应用阿司匹林和华法林进行口服治疗，比较两种药物对下肢深静脉血栓的预防效果。 结果 华法林组下肢深静脉血栓发生率为10.0%，低于阿司匹林组的16.0%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。阿司匹林组发生下肢水肿5例，肺栓塞2例，肝肾功能异常3例，不良反应发生率为20.0%；华法林组发生下肢水肿3例，肺栓塞1例，肝肾功能异常2例，不良反应发生率为12.0%，两组不良反应发生率差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 对于髋膝关节手术患者，与阿司匹林相比，华法林可起到更好的下肢深静脉血栓预防作用，安全性更好，值得临床应用。 　　[关键词] 下肢深静脉血栓；髋膝关节手术；阿司匹林；华法林 　　[中图分类号] R687.4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2014）08（a）-0068-03 　　Study on aspirin and warfarin in prevention of deep vein thrombosis after hip and knee surgery 　　TU Shao-long1 CHEN Zi-zhu2 ZHUANG Xian-ye1 　　1.Department of Orthopeadic Surgery，Huidong People′s Hospital of Huizhou City in Guangdong Province，Huidong 516300，China；2.Department of Orthopeadic Surgery，the Second People′s Hospital of Huidong County in Guangdong Province，Huidong 516351，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To compare the application effect of aspirin and warfarin in prevention of deep vein thrombosis after hip and knee surgery. Methods 100 cases of patients in our hospital for hip and knee surgery were randomly divided into aspirin group and warfarin group，aspirin and warfarin was given to two groups respectively on the basis of low molecular weight heparin subcutaneously，the preventive effect of two groups was compared.
