环境污染和治理对策研究 　　摘要：近年来，我国经济发展迅速，但由于我国为了快速进行经济建设，片面追求经济增长，以提升我国居民的生活水平和国家的国际地位，加之我国环境保护法律法规不健全，技能减排技术落后，制造业普遍采取粗放式经济发展方式，导致我国忽视了由于经济而带来的环境代价，环境问题一直没有得到相应的重视，致使我国环境污染越来越严重。目前，各级地方政府都在大力发展经济，并没有过多关注环境问题，而工业忙于应对激烈的市场竞争，无暇顾及节能减排技术研究方面，我国民众也淡漠对待环境的污染，致使纵容了环境污染的发生和扩大。在这样的背景下，我国的环境保护与治理已经刻不容缓。本文对环境污染现状、成因及对策进行详细分析，并结合炼钢厂圆形旋转除尘器的优化改造降低烟气对环境污染的问题为例进进行详细分析，提供治理环境污染的一种成功途径。 　　Abstract： In recent years， China has rapid economic development. In order to speed up the economic construction， the one-sided pursuit of economic growth in China is carried out to improve the living standards of the residents and the international status of the country. In addition， Chinas environmental protection laws and regulations are not perfect， the skills of emission reduction technology is backward， manufacturing industry generally adopted extensive economic development mode， all of these make China ignores the environmental costs caused by the economic development. Environmental problems have not gotten corresponding attention， and the environmental pollution is becoming more and more serious in China. At present， all the local governments are in great efforts to develop the economy， and not pay too much attention to environmental issues. The industry is busy with the fierce market competition， and has no time to attend to the research of energy saving and emission reduction technology. Chinas people also dont pay much attention to the environment pollution. So the occurrence and expansion of environmental pollution has been indulged. In this context， Chinas environmental protection and governance has no time to delay. This paper analyzes the status， causes and countermeasures of environmental pollution in detail， and the problems of reducing flue gas pollution to the environment by the optimization of the circular rotary dust collector to provide a successful way to control environmental pollution. 　　关键词：环境污染；污染治理；节能减排；除尘器 　　Key words： environmental pollution；pollution control；energy conserva
