瑞舒伐他汀和阿托伐他汀治疗冠心病临床对照研究 　　[摘要] 目的 探讨分析应用阿托伐他汀和瑞舒伐他汀对冠心病患者进行治疗的临床效果。方法 选择该院2012年6月―2014年6月收治治疗的108例冠心病患者作为研究对象，采用随机数字法把其分成对照组和观察组，其中观察组患者采用瑞舒伐他汀实施治疗，而对照组患者采用阿托伐他汀实施治疗。结果 两组患者经过临床治疗后，其中观察组患者的临床治疗有效率为92.6%；而对照组患者的临床治疗有效率为77.8%，观察组患者的临治疗效果明显的比对照组好，差异具备统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 应用阿托伐他汀和瑞舒伐他汀对冠心病患者进行治疗，其具有较好的临床效果，略优于阿托伐他汀，在临床中值得广泛的推广应用。 　　[关键词] 阿托伐他汀；瑞舒伐他汀；冠心病；临床效果 　　[中图分类号] R541.4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）05（b）-0122-02 　　Rosuvastatin and atorvastatin clinical controlled study of coronary heart disease statin therapy 　　Zhu fa-jun 1， Li Si-ou2， Yin chang-Hao 3 　　1.Cardiology Department，Linkou Forest Town hospitals ， Mudanjiang Heilongjiang， 157600 China；2.Endocrinology Department， Hongqi Hospital of Mudanjiang Medical College， Mudanjiang Heilongjiang， 157011 China；3.Neurology Department，Hongqi Hospital of Mudanjiang Medical College，Mudanjiang Heilongjiang， 157011 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To investigate the analysis application atorvastatin and rosuvastatin treatment of coronary artery disease in patients with clinical results. Methods A hospital in June 2012-June 2014 108 cases of coronary heart disease in patients treated treated as research subjects were randomly divided into a control group of the law and the observation group， including the observation group were treated with rosuvastatin treatment implementation ， while the control group were treated with atorvastatin treatment implementation. Results The two groups of patients after clinical treatment， clinical observation group， the effective rate of 92.6% of patients； the clinical treatment of patients in the control group response rate was 79.6%， clinical treatment of patients in the observation group was significantly better than the control group， with a statistically significant difference （P0.05）. Conclusion Atorvastatin and rosuvastatin treatment for patients with coronary heart disease， which has a better clinical results， slightly better than atorvastatin， worth widely applied in clinical practice.
