中医情志护理对2型糖尿病患者低血糖恐惧感的影响的研究 　　[摘要] 目的 研究中医情志护理对2型糖尿病患者血糖控制情况及低血糖恐惧感的改善效果。方法 将符合入组标准的该院于2014年12月―2016年12月收治的86例按照住院单双号分成对照组（n=43）和研究组（n=43），所有患者行基础治疗，对照组行常规护理措施，观察组给予中医情志护理，比较两组患者在护理干预前后血糖控制情况及低血糖恐惧感改善情况。 结果 出院时两组患者的血糖水平基本恢复到正常值，但是研究组血糖水平控制情况明显优于对照组（P0.05）；研究组对低血糖的恐惧感明显低于对照组，组间比较差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。结论 中医情志护理可有协助2型糖尿病患者提高疾病管理水平，有效降低低血糖恐惧感，值得推广。 　　[关键词] 情志护理；2型糖尿病；低血糖恐惧感 　　[中图分类号] R587.3 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1672-4062（2017）09（b）-0030-02 　　Study on Effect of TCM Mental Nursing on the Hypoglycemia Horror Sense of Patients with Type 2 Diabetes 　　LIN Lin 　　Department of TCM， First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University， Fuzhou， Fujian Province， 350005 China 　　[Abstract] Objective To research the effect of TCM mental nursing on the hypoglycemia horror sense of patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 86 cases of patients from December 2014 to December 2016 meeting the inclusion standards were divided into two groups with 43 cases in each according to the order， and all patients adopted the basic treatment， the control group adopted the routine nursing measures， while the observation group adopted the TCM mental nursing， and the blood glucose control situation and hypoglycemia horror sense improvement situations before and after nursing intervention were compared between the two groups. Results After discharge， the blood glucose level of the two groups returned to the normal value basically， but the blood glucose level control situation in the research group was obviously better than that in the control group（P0.05）， and the hypoglycemia horror sense in the research group was obviously lower than that in the control group， and the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.
