II II 高职生学习自我效能感存在的问题与管理对策 中文摘要 高职生学习自我效能感存在的问题与管理对策 ——以连云港财经高职校会计专业为例 中文摘要 近几年在国家宏观政策的调控下，职业教育的发展规模的空前发展，其影响面越 来越大。同时，伴随经济的快速发展，产业的优化升级、技术的进步，行业企业用人 部门对职业人才培养的规格和质量提出了新的要求，职业学校的办学质量倍受社会的 普遍关注。五年制高职是以专科学历层次高素质高技能人才为培养目标、招收初中毕 业生、实施五年一贯制培养模式、融中等职业教育和高等职业教育于一体的职业教育。 经过 20 多年的探索创新和艰苦努力，江苏初步走出了一条具有特色鲜明的五年制高 职发展道路，为完善职业教育体系和发展模式，培养职业技能人才、服务经济社会发 展作出了积极贡献。但是，五年制职业教育得到前所未有的发展机遇的同时伴随而来 的是极大的挑战。新时期职业教育的新要求与五年制高职校学生生源层次较低、学习 现状堪忧的现实矛盾凸显。把学生培养成知识和信息的积极探寻者和加工者，成为能 够自主学习的高技能的人才是职业教育的终极目标。由于自我效能理论能够在这一最 终目标的实现中发挥重要作用，因而一经提出就被运用到教育情境中。本文以“高职 生学习自我效能感存在的问题与管理对策” 为研究课题，通过对连云港财经高职校会 计专业的五年制高职生学习自我效能感现状的调查研究，对影响五年制高职学生学习 自我效能感的成因进行分析。在此基础上，结合文献，试图以高职学校为情境，为提 高五年制高职生学习自我效能感水平，探寻教育实践活动中优化策略。 关键词：五年高职生 学习自我效能感 问题 管理对策 作 者：管永权 指导教师：吴荣先 PAGE PAGE IV Higher learning self-efficacy problems and management measures Abstract Higher learning self-efficacy problems and management measures Based on the high degree of lianyungang financial accounting professional research Abstract In recent years, Chinese national macroeconomic policy in the regulation of the professional education, development scale unceasingly expands, the influence is more and more big.
