Clinical observation of bu xue rong jin gao kidney deficiency and type cream treat knee osteoarthritis ABSTRACT Objective: (1)To observe the clinical efficacy of that bu xue rong jin gao treat the type of deficiency of liver and kidney knee osteoarthritis. (2)To verify the clinical efficacy of bu xue rong jin gao. Methods: 72 patients of deficiency of liver and kidney KOA patients were treated in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2013.The 72 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 36 patients were treated with bu xue rong jin gao. 36 patients were treated with Glucosamine Hydrochloride Capsules. Four weeks are one course of treatment. Continuous treated two course of treatment. Follow-up evaluation after one month，Statistical WOMAC integral and comparison of curative effect. Results: Bu xue rong jin gao group 28 cases were cured, 6 cases were improved, 2 cases were not cured, cure rate 77.8%, total effective rate 94.4%;Glucosamine Hydrochloride Capsules group 18 cases were cured, 10 cases were improved, 8 cases were not cured, cure rate 35%, total effective rate 75%;Comprehensive curative effect comparison: the two groups before and after treatment by the Ridit analysis u = 4.535, P 0.01, the curative effect of bu xue rong jin gao group is better than that of glucosamine hydrochloride capsules group group, there was a significant statistical significance.
