基本药物制度在市级综合性医院调控的模式的探讨 　　[摘要] 目的 为国家基本药物制度在市级综合性医院的推广提供参考。 方法 借助医院行政管理手段，促进临床基本药物使用，通过对2014年1～12月（调控前）和2015年1～12月（调控后）医疗运行指标、基本药物使用指标等指标改进体现基本药物制度推广的可行性。 结果 实施调控措施后，我院医疗运行指标趋势良好，业务收入增涨15.55%，门诊、住院人次均有所增加，门诊人均次费用与整治前基本持平。基本药物销售额增涨49.02%，基本药物金额比例由调控前的16.47%提高至调控后的23.14%，逐步接近上级医疗管理部门25%的目标要求。 结论 通过医院行政手段干预对国家基本药物制度实施，药品结构优化带来成效。 　　[关键词] 基本药物；制度；综合性医院；调控模式 　　[中图分类号] R95 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2016）35-0089-04 　　Discussion on the regulation mode of essential drugs system in municipal general hospital 　　PAN Lili1 ZHAO Xinxin2 WAN Jinjin1 JIA Jing1 　　1.Clinical Pharmaceutics Room， Nanchang Third Hospital， Nanchang 330009， China； 2.Pharmaceutical Purchasing Service Center of Jiangxi Province， Nanchang 330000， China 　　[Abstract] Objective To provide a reference for the promotion of national essential drug system in the municipal general hospital. Methods Hospital administrative means was taken advantage of to promote the use of clinical essential drugs. The feasibility of the promotion of the basic medicine system was confirmed through improving the indicators such as the medical operation index and the basic drug use index in the period from January to December in 2014 （before the regulation） and from January to December in 2015. Results After the implementation of regulation measures， the hospital medical operation indicators were in a good trend： business income rose by 15.55%， and outpatient visits and hospitalization both increased， with the per capita cost of outpatient service basically the same as before the renovation. Essential drug sales rose by 49.02%， the proportion of the essential drugs amount increased from 16.47% before the regulation to 23.14% after the regulation， gradually approaching 25% of the higher medical management objectives and requirements. Conclusion The intervention of hospital administrative means can bring positive results to the implementation of the national essential drug system and drug structure optimization. 　　[Key words] Es
