张家港市结核病医防合作运行的模式效果评价 　　（张家港市疾病预防控制中心，江苏 张家港215600） 　　 　　【摘要】目的：评价张家港市疾病预防控制中心与结核病定点医院合作的结核病防治工作效果,为完善医防合作提供借鉴。方法：收集张家港市2001～2010年肺结核病患者月报表、季报表、年报表, 对肺结核病人发现率、医疗机构网络报告肺结核病人及疑似肺结核病人的转诊到位率、追踪到位率、总体到位率等进行分析评价。结果：全市2006-2010年共发现新涂阳病人1424例，与2001-2005年的1043例相比增加了36.53%；追踪到位率均在85%以上，总体到位率在95%以上。结论：通过加强结防机构与医疗机构的合作，新涂阳肺结核患者的发现水平明显提高，充分发挥了定点医院的诊疗优势及市疾控中心的管理优势,加强了结核病防治工作。 　　【关键词】结核病；医防合作；效果评价 　　Evaluation of the cooperation between general hospitals and TB dispensarieson the management of tuberculosis in Zhangjiagang City 　　Jiang Wei，Huang Li-fang,Ni Jun(Center for Disease Control and Prevention of Zhangjiagang,Jiangsu,215600) 　　[Abstract]Objective: To evaluate the control effect of tuberculosis(TB) under the cooperation model of TB special hospitals and Zhangjiagang Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and to provide a scientific basis on improving this cooperation. Methods: Pulmonary TB cases monthly，seasonal and annual report forms in Zhangjiagang from 2006 to 2010 were used to analyze the case detection rate of pulmonary TB cases, the rate of referral completion, follow-up completion, overall completion of pulmonary TB cases and suspected TB cases reported by network system. Results: Total 1424 new Smear-positive Pulmonary TB cases were registered，compared with 1043 TB cases from 2001 to 2005, it was increased by 36.53%. The rate of follow-up completion and overall completion was more than 85% and 95%. Conclusions: Under the cooperation model of tuberculosis dispensaries and TB special hospitals, the case detection rate of new Smear-positive Pulmonary TB was increased obviouslyl.
