- - PAGE 10 - 内 容 摘 要 金融制度的重要组成部分是金融监管制度，它对一个国家的金融业的发展乃至延伸 到经济增长都具有十分重要，十分有影响的作用。20 世纪 70 年代以来，随着金融衍生 产品的不断发展和信息技术在金融业中的广泛应用，金融业发生了深刻变革。各类金融 机构逐渐向其他金融服务领域渗透，金融机构之间的界限日益模糊。以美国，英国，日 本这三个国家为代表的发达国家开始渐渐放弃分开行业进行经营，而是转向混合不同产 业进行经营。为了提高金融运行效率，发达国家纷纷对金融监管制度进行改革，以适应 金融业的这种变化。 本文正是基于这一背景而展开深入的研究，随着我国金融业对外开放日益加大，我 国金融业正处于巨大的变革之中。为了提高金融运行效率进而更好地促进经济增长，我 国金融监管制度也需要进行相应的改革。 本文共分为六章，第一章是绪论，包括选题的目的和意义、国内外研究现状以及研 究方法和可行性分析。第二章对金融监管制度的相关理论进行了概述，包括金融监管与 监管制度的含义和内容、金融监管的目标与原则、金融监管的手段和方法，本章是全文 的理论支撑。第三章是金融监管制度的变迁，分析了我国金融监管制度的变迁、发达国 家金融监管制度的变迁以及对发达国家金融监管制度的评述。第四章主要是讲述了我国 金融监管制度的现在状况和存在的一些问题。第五章主要是提出了完善我国金融监管制 度的对策建议，以上两章是本文的重点。最后一章是本文的结论。 关键词：金融监管制度 完善 思考 Abstract Financial regulatory system is an important part of the financial system, in one country the development of the financial industry and economic growth vital role.
