西安建筑科技 西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 西安建筑科技 西安建筑科技大学硕士学位论文 万方数据 万方数据 万方数据 万方数据 超大规模高中餐饮空间环境设计研究 专 业：建筑学 研 究 生：刘霄鸣 指导老师：李志民 教授 摘要 我国城镇化建设的推进使得大量人口从农村涌向了城市，教育资源出现分配 不均，原有的普通乡镇高中逐步向人口稠密的县、市集中，超大规模高中在我国 广大县域地区成为主要的办学手段。 本论文通过文献资料的整理分析以及实地的调查研究，对超大规模高中校园 餐饮空间环境进行实测，并对使用人群的行为特征记录分析，建立科学的数学模 型进行数据分析，从餐饮空间的规划布局、餐饮建筑的设计以及其空间规模的建 设标准三个方面的内容进行了深入的研究。 超大规模高中校园由于功能板块的结构更加复杂，餐饮空间的规划布局应结 合生活区设置，做到分区明确，减少对其他校园功能分区的干扰，并有效结合城 市资源。 超大规模高中校园餐饮建筑的空间营造受到建设规模的制约，厨房的设计应 流线简洁直接，餐厅的设计应满足大规模人群的使用要求，适当放大空间的尺度， 提高空间的舒适度。超大规模高中学生、教师及其他工作人员餐饮空间环境作为 一个学校重要的组成部分，必然向着多功能化、人性化、供餐模式多样化这样的 新型餐饮空间转变。 餐饮空间建设标准的研究借助排队论系统模型的支撑，最终得出 3000 人到 5000 人在校生规模情况下的建设标准，并给出适宜的座位数量、餐厨比例及附属 空间比例等合理的数据。 关键词：超大规模高中；餐饮空间； 人性化； 建设标准 The Research of the Dining Space Design in Super-scale High School Specialty : Architecture Applicant: Liu Xiaoming Supervisor: Professor Li Zhimin ABSTRACT With the rapid process of urbanization in China, a lot of people move to urban areas from rural, and the problem of educational resources’ uneven distribution has been gradually brought. The original high schools of villages and towns concentrated to the densely populated the city step by step, the super-scale high school has become the main means of running a school in the county area in our country. In this paper, I made the analysis of literature and field research, survey and draw the map of the dining space in the super-scale high school, record and analysis the user ’s behavior, mathematical model of scientific data analysis.And the paper include three aspects:the plan of dining space,the design of dining building,and the construction standards. The functional blocks of the super-scale high school are more complicated. Dining space layout should be combined with the living quarters Settings, and with clear partition, minimize disturbance to the other functional partition, and effectively combining the resources of the city.
