I I 摘 要 曾国藩人才思想作为曾国藩思想的重要组成部分，是在特殊的历史条件下，集成传 统文化元素之精华，经过实践历练和检验而形成和发展起来。可以说，曾国藩人才思想 是基于时局的现实需要，源于中国传统思想文化熏陶，发端于京宦生涯，系统化并实践 于湘军创建和与太平军的斗争之中。具体说来，其形成和发展有赖于以下三个因素。首 先，曾国藩人才思想的形成和发展是基于对特定历史背景的认真研究和失望总结，是基 于对时局危难和人才匮乏的历史背景的深刻反思和先知先觉。其次，曾国藩人才思想无 不体现传统思想文化特征，是传统思想文化的继承和发扬。最后，曾国藩人才思想是其 个人官宦生涯与带兵治军的经验总结，是在长期军事斗争和整饬吏治过程中形成和发展 起来的。曾国藩人才思想以“广收、慎用、勤教、严绳”为原则，以“用法不如任人，用 人重三缘”、“用礼不如用威，用礼讲恕道”、“用恩不如用仁，用仁讲勤诚”为特色，取得 了很好的效果。主要成就主要表现在：形成了相对独立完备的人才思想体系、吸收和培 养了一大批各类人才，在一定程度上改变了晚清政府时局维艰、岌岌可危的局面。曾国 藩人才思想的结构和内容，主要包括重才爱才、量才知才、访才察才、择才选才、育才 训才、待才厚才、用才委才、举才荐才、驭才带才等方面。曾国藩人才思想对晚清人才 群的兴起产生了重要的推动作用，如对汉族士大夫势力的崛起，中国现代化人才的培育， 湖南人才群体的兴盛等均产生了深远的影响。 关键词： 曾国藩；人才；思想 II II Abstract Zeng Guofan talent thinking as an important part of Zeng Guofan thinking, its formation and development in the special historical conditions, the integrated elements of the essence of traditional culture, and practice experience and testing results.
