河北 河北工业大学硕士学位论文 曹妃甸港集疏运流量分配优化研究 摘 要 “十一五”期间，环渤海区域经济快速发展，尤其是曹妃甸港区的建设加快，曹妃甸 港口的吞吐量也迅速增长，这就迫切要求港区内外的交通网络与其配套发展，为实现港口 的高效畅通创造良好的条件保证。通过对目前国内外集疏运系统研究现状和世界枢纽港口 集疏运发展状况的研究，以及对曹妃甸港的发展现状分析，尤其是对曹妃甸港进行了竞争 环境分析，找出曹妃甸港的区位竞争优势，结合曹妃甸港实际情况运用类比法对其集疏运 功能进行定位。文章在此基础上重点对公路、铁路、水运、管道这四个集疏运子系统进行 了分析，找出影响曹妃甸港集疏运发展的瓶颈。采用组合预测法对曹妃甸港吞吐量进行合 理预测，在此基础上以曹妃甸港集疏运的功能定位和集疏运运量需求为导向对曹妃甸港各 种运输方式的运量进行合理分配，并对承担运输高附加值产品的公路网运输进行分配优化 分析，在此基础上，本文对曹妃甸港集疏运系统中各子系统的未来建设规划提出了合理建 议，以供相关人员参考。 关键词： 集疏运 港口 运输网络 路径优化 流量分配 i 曹妃 曹妃甸港集疏运流量分配优化研究 RESEARCH ON TRANSPORTATION FLOW DISTRIBUTION OPTIMIZATION MODEL IN THE CAOFEIDIAN HARBOR ROAD NETWORK ABSTRACT During Eleventh Five-Year period, with rapid economic development in the Bohai Sea region, the construction of Caofeidian port accelerated either. Accordingly, the throughput of the port of Caofeidian has also increased rapidly. At the same time, it urgently requires internal and external port supporting the development of its transport network, in order to achieve the smooth flow of the port. Through analyze on the situation of collection and distribution in the domestic and foreign ports and research on the situation of Caofeidian port, especially on the competitive environment of Caofeidian port, we identify the competitive advantage of Caofeidian port. Therefore, we locate its functions of collection and distribution on the basis of actual situation of the Caofeidian port. The article focuses on the analysis on the four subsystems of collection and distribution, which are highway, railway, waterway, pipeline, to identify the obstacles of collection and distribution in Caofeidian port development. Using combination forecasting method, we calculate the throughput of the port’s in the future. On the basis of Caofeidian port traffic for all modes of transport and reasonable distribution, we analyze the high value-added products and road transport network to optimize the allocation of transportation.
