It will give some unique insights to clinical practice about RSA along with one proven case. Li Liyun considers that emotional disorder will cause habitual abortion owing to disharmony of Chong and Conception Channels， discordance between Qi and blood and non-consolidation of fetal origin. Before pregnancy， syndrome differentiation and treatment from liver is highly praised. After pregnancy， fetus-quieting should be paid more attention. Positive psychological intervention plays an important role throughout medical work. 　　[Key words] Recurrent spontaneous abortion； Emotional disorder； Famous TCM doctors clinical experience； Li Liyun 　　?头⑿粤鞑?（recurrent spontaneous abortion，RSA）是指与同一性伴侣连续发生2次或2次以上的自然流产，虽然其发病率为1%～5%[1]，但是RSA常伴随先兆流产，引起不孕结局，已成为危害女性身心健康、家庭和睦、社会和谐不可忽视的因素。夫妇双方免疫异常、血液高凝状态、子宫解剖结构异常、内分泌紊乱等成为RSA高危因素，对高危因素筛查后针对病因治疗是目前西医治疗RSA的共识[2]。但由于RSA病因繁杂，发病机制至今难以阐明，故西医治疗手段的有效性和安全性在临床上存在不少争议。RSA这一病名，中医古籍中无从考究，根据其症状表现及发病特点，将之归于“滑胎”“数堕胎”范畴[3]。目前中医辨证论治对RSA的治疗效果已得到了肯定[4]。大多数医家从肾虚、脾肾两虚、气血亏虚论治，其中尤以肾虚（或夹血瘀、血热、痰湿、肝郁等）证多见，脾肾两虚证、气血虚弱证次之[5]。亦有不少医家将中医体质学说运用其中，辨证论治与辨体论治相结合，不仅可预防再次流产，更提高了保胎成功率[6]。 　　李丽芸教授不仅是岭南中医妇科的代表性医家之一，亦是全国
