BT mode of the private capital and the investment of highway construction, realize the financing, solve the problem of the shortage of highway construction funds. The BT model also has the risk management of the project. This paper studies the risk management of BT mode and summarizes the preventive measures, and puts forward the measures to reduce the risk and the conclusion of the risk control. With help from the local government in the implementation of the BT project, give full consideration to the parties to the risk sharing and the interests of the game, timely maintenance the interests of the government and protection of the interests of investors is of practical significance, also hope to be able to for the operation of domestic similar projects risk precautions to provide some reference significance. The third part analyses the current situation of highway construction and operation mode based on BT.
