Dissertation Submitted to Hebei University of Technology for The Master Degree of Urban Planning The Study on the vitality of Urban Residential Area Parking Lot by Qian Mankun Supervisor: Prof. Ren Binbin December. 2014 摘 要 随着经济的快速发展和人民生活水平的不断提高导致城市规模扩张与城市 化进程加快，机动车以越来越快的速度进入了居民的日常生活，作为私人小汽车 的重要起讫点，住区停车问题日益凸显。如何解决好住区停车空间问题，是城市 可持续发展的关键，也是提高住区居民生活质量的焦点。 论文在综合分析近年来国内外住区停车空间研究文献基础上，梳理了国内外 关于停车空间研究成果，经过现状调研，分析了住区停车空间存在的问题，在此 基础上对空间活力性的构成要素进行分与提炼，归纳与总结。基于空间活力的基 本要素，提出增强住区停车空间活力性的具体措施与手段。第一，以人性化设计 提升住区停车空间的活力性，主要从尺度、功能、美化、艺术、安全等角度进行 论证。第二，以智能化管理提升住区停车空间的活力性，从我国目前小区管理现 状出发，结合新时代的信息技术，完善了住区停车的运营与管理。第三，以生态 学途径提升住区停车空间的活力性，满足了住区的生态、节能要求。通过以上几 方面的深入探讨与研究，推动未来住区人、车、环境和谐共存的大力发展。 本文从活力性视角出发，探寻更加有效、少破坏、少浪费、高技术的可持续 建设方法，探寻具有亲切感、人性化、生态性、科学性、强归属的现代城市住区 停车空间营建的模式。对住区停车空间的设计具有一定的理论及实践价值。 关键字：住区 停车空间 活力性 人性化 生态性 With the rapid economic development and continuous improvement of peoples living standards has led to urban scale expansion and urbanization, the car at a faster pace into the daily lives of residents, as an important start and end point of private cars, parking problems have become increasingly prominent settlements. The paper summarized and analyzed the literature about residential parking space research in recent years, combed the parking space research results, through the situation survey, analyzed the problems of residential parking space, and combined the elements of space vitality nature, explains the meaning of the vitality of the parking space. On this basis, the paper proposes three measures to solutions the residential parking space vitality. First，through the user-friendly design to enhance the vitality of residential parking spaces, mainly from the scale, function, landscaping, art, and security perspective demonstration.
