目录 中文摘要……………………………………………………1 英文摘要……………………………………………………2 前言…………………………………………………………3 材料与方法…………………………………………………5 结果…………………………………………………………6 讨论…………………………………………………………17 结论…………………………………………………………23 参考文献……………………………………………………24 致谢…………………………………………………………27 综述…………………………………………………………28 发育性髋关节发育不良的外科治疗 中文摘要 [目的]:探讨未成年的发育性髋关节发育不良的外科治疗及疗效分析 [方法]: 选取 2009 年 1 月--2011 年 12 月期间，我院采用发育性髋关节发 育不良切开复位、骨盆截骨术、股骨旋转截骨术等手术方式治疗的 20 例 25 髋，症状明显、体格检查和 X 线检查诊断发育性髋关节发育不良的患者。 在本研究中，回顾性分析了这 20 例患者的临床资料，对手术后患髋的关节 功能、X 线的各项数据进行收集、整理，应用发育性髋关节发育不良的疗 效评定标准进行疗效评价。 [结果]:本研究对患者进行4个月-3年的随访，根据发育性髋关节发育不良的 疗效评分进行疗效评估，其中优13髋(26-30分)，良9髋(21-25分)，可3髋(16-20 分)，差0髋(小于等于15分)，优良率88.00％。 [结论 ]: 发育性髋关节发育不良(DDH)患者尤其错过最佳保守治疗时机或 保守治疗失败的未成年患者，外科手术治疗能取得良好的近期疗效，远期 效果仍需进一步随访。 [关键词]:发育性髋关节发育不良，外科治疗，骨盆截骨，疗效 1 Surgical treatment for developmental dysplasia of the hip Abstract [Objective] To analysis the surgical treatment for developmental dysplasia of the hip at different age paragraph and its curative effect. [Methods]In the period between 2009 and 2011，there were 20 patients,25 hips, who were diagnosed as developmental dysplasia of the hip ,according to clinical feature, physical examination,ray crystallography underwent surgical treatment in the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian medical University. In this study, I retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 20 patients. The data of hip joint function and X-ray were collected. The common evaluation criteria of developmental dislocation of the hip was applied to evaluate the efficacy of the treatment. [Results]In infant group，there were excellent 13 hips (26-30 points)，good 9 hips(21-25 points)，fair 3 hips(16-20 points) and poor 0 hips(1ess than or equal to 15 points)，88.00％excellent and good results in this study. [Conclusions]1)Surgical treatment can obtain good effect for The developmental dislocation of the hip (DDH),especially the patients who miss the best conservative treatment timing or conservative treatment failure.2) For different age paragraph of the developm
