西昌市1994～2004年伤寒流行特征分析及防治对策的探讨 　　【摘要】目的 分析西昌市伤寒流行特征，为今后制定防治对策提供科学依据。方法 对西昌市1994～2004年伤寒疫情资料进行流行病学分析。结果 全市伤寒发病率波动在1.19/十万～143.54/十万之间，年平均发病率为28.84/十万，伤寒发病率有逐年上升的趋势，1994年为1.19/十万，2004年为143.54/十万，经趋势卡方检验，有统计学意义（（χ2=3303.12,P?0.0001）；发病多见于夏秋季，以4～11月份为高发；男性多于女性，以学生、公务员及职员、农民、工人为主，发病年龄组以10-、30-、40-、20-组为高；经济发达地区发病较高（1475例），平坝及二半山区次之（193例），少数民族地区居第三（61例）。 　　【关键词】伤寒; 流行特征; 分析; 对策 　　 　　Xichang 1994~2004 YearEpidemic PidemicTyphoid Fever Characteristic Analysis and Preventing and Controlling Countermeasure Discussion.
