试论我国水利的环境质量控制 　　摘要：随着社会的发展，人类对河流的依赖从远古人类起源至如今的现代文明都没有间断过，而人类对河流的破坏也随着社会的进步加重，生活污水工业污水等都是对水利工程的考验，现代人的环保意识增强和低碳环保观念日益深入人心，水利问题、环境问题、地质问题的治理工作则是保证人居环境品质的重要条件。当出现水利地质环境问题时如何及时解决尤为重要，只有及早发现问题才能更有效地解决问题，水利环境质量控制是水利工程中的一项重要工作。这就要求对水利地址环境问题的分析和评价，而质量控制队伍也进入了企业化的轨道，责任性更强。水利工程也处于不断改革和进步，水利环境质量控制技术就必须跟上发展的步伐。水利环境质量控制则是保障水利工程的质量，以便更好地服务于人类。本文就将阐述水利环境质量控制的要求以及如实现。 　　关键词：河流；水利工程；环境质量控制；保障 　　Abstract: with the development of society, human beings to the river from ancient humans dependence on the origin of modern civilization to now are not interrupted, and the destruction of the human to the river with the progress of the society is aggravating, sewage and industrial waste water is to the water conservancy project of the test, the environmental protection consciousness of modern people to enhance and low carbon environmental protection concept increasingly pervasive, water conservancy, environmental problems, geological problems of management job is living environment quality guarantee of the important conditions. This request to address environmental problems of water conservancy analysis and assessment, and the quality control team also entered the entrepreneurial track, the responsibility to make things happen more strong. Water conservancy project also is in constant change and progress, the water environment quality control technology must keep up with the pace of development. Water environment quality control is the guarantee the quality of the water conservancy projects, so as to better service to humans.
