贾敏教授的经验方消H汤治疗寻常型银屑病临床的研究 　　[摘要] 目的 研究贾敏教授经验方消?H汤对寻常型进行期银屑病患者（中医辨证属血热风燥证者）的临床疗效。 方法 选择我科2012年9月～2013年3月寻常型银屑病患者（中医辨证：血热风燥证）60例，将其随机分为治疗组、对照组，各30例。分别按疗程服用消?H汤及复方青黛胶囊，疗程共90 d，比较两组治疗前后皮损程度及血清白介素-18（IL-18）、白介素-10（IL-10）水平。 结果 治疗组治疗前后PASI评分比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05），治疗后，两组PASI评分比较，差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。治疗组总有效率为83.3%，对照组为64.3%，治疗组总有效率明显高于对照组（P0.05）；治疗后，治疗组IL-18水平较对照组明显下降（P0.05），治疗组IL-10水平较对照组明显上升（P0.05）。 结论 消?H汤临床疗效确切，可改善患者临床症状，其作用机制可能与降低血清IL-18水平，同时升高IL-10水平，调节免疫机制有关。 　　[关键词] 银屑病；消?H汤；贾敏；IL-18；IL-10 　　[中图分类号] R758.63 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2016）03（c）-0028-04 　　[Abstract] Objective To study the Xiaobi decoction，empirical formula of professor Jia Min in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris at progressive stage（identified as blood heat and wind-dryness syndrome by traditional Chinese medicine）. Methods 60 patients with psoriasis vulgaris （traditional Chinese medicine identification：blood heat and wind-dryness syndrome） in our department from September 2012 to March 2013 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group，with 30 cases in each group.Xiaobi decoction and compound capsule of natural indigo were given to the patients according to the course for 90 days.The skin injuries，interleukin-18（IL-18） and interleukin-10（IL-10） of the patients from both groups before and after the treatment were compared. Results The PASI score of before treatment in the treatment group was compared with after treatment，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.After treatment，the PASI score of two groups was compared，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The treatment group had significant higher total effective rate of 83.3% than the control group of 64.3%（P0.05）.After treatment for 90 days，the level of IL-18 of treatment group decreased significantly compared with the control group （P0.05） and the level of IL-10 of the treatment group increased significantly compared with the control group（P0.05）.
