锁定肱骨近端接骨板治疗肱骨近端骨折18例的的疗效观察 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨锁定肱骨近端接骨板治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床效果。方法 18例肱骨近端骨折患者， 对患者采用锁定肱骨近端接骨板内固定治疗， 观察临床效果。结果 对患者随访6个月～1年， 所有患者骨折全部愈合， 没有发生任何临床不良反应。所有患者平均愈合时间为（12±6）周；治疗后功能优14例、良3例、中1例， 总有效率为94.4%。结论 锁定肱骨近端接骨板治疗肱骨近端骨折疗效显著， 可明显提高治疗效果， 同时还能够减少其他并发症发生， 因此值得被广泛应用于肱骨近端骨折的治疗。 　　【关键词】 肱骨近端骨折；锁定肱骨近端接骨板；内固定；临床效果 　　DOI：10.14163/j.cnki.11-5547/r.2016.33.036 　　Observation of curative effect by locking proximal humeral plate in the treatment of 18 proximal humeral fracture cases LIU Rong-xian， ZHOU Jun， WANG Jin-liang. Methods A total of 18 patients with proximal humeral fracture as study subjects received locking proximal humeral plate internal fixation for treatment， and their clinical effects were observed. Results Follow-up lasted for 6 months～1 year and showed complete healing in all patients， without any clinical adverse reactions. Mean healing time as （12±6） weeks in patients. There were 14 cases with excellent function after treatment， 3 cases with good function and 1 case with moderate function， along with total effective rate as 94.4%. Conclusion Locking proximal humeral plate shows remarkable curative effect in treating proximal humeral fracture.
