高校护生交流恐惧状况调查及的影响因素分析 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨影响高校护生在交流情景中表现出的交流恐惧的相关因素。方法 采用交流恐惧自陈量表(PRCA-24)对314名在校护生进行测试，并对结果进行分析。结果 性别、年级、来源、是否独生子女等作为单独因素对高校护生的交流恐惧没有明显影响(P0.05)，文理生与家庭经济状况对高校护生的交流恐惧状况在某些维度上有较为显著的影响(P0.05)；双因素分析发现性别、年级因素分别与家庭经济状况之间存在交互作用(P0.05)。结论 性别、年级、文理科、家庭经济状况、成长环境、家庭背景以及是否独生子女等因素影响高校护生的交流恐惧状况，本文结果可为进一步消除或缓解高校护生的交流恐惧提供相关的研究依据。 　　【关键词】 心理健康；交流恐惧；交流恐惧自陈量表；高校护生；影响因素 　　 　　Investigation on Communication Apprehension for College Students Majoring in Nursing and Analysis of Its Influential Factors. College of Humanities and Social Science, Anhui Medical University, Hefei 230032, P.R.China 　　【Abstract】 Objective To study the influential factors of communication apprehension (CA) of college students majoring in nursing. Methods 314 college students majoring in nursing were tested by Personal Report of Communication Apprehension(PRCA-24). Results The gender, grade, origin and being or not the only child in his family didnt influence the CA of college students majoring in nursing as a single factor(P0.05). The economic status of family and the major of social or scientific subject were two important factors that affect the students CA (P0.05). The analysis of double factors showed that the gender and the grade had interactions with the economic status of family respectively (P0.05). Conclusion The gender, grade, major, economic status of family, grown-up environments, family background and being or not the only child in his family are all the influential factors of the college students CA, which will support the future work to heal or relieve CA of college students majoring in nursing. 　　【Key words】 Mental health; Communication apprehension; PRCA-24; University nursing students; Influential factors 　　 　　交流恐惧(Communication Apprehension，CA)的概念是1976年由美国著名学者吉母斯?麦可克瑞斯肯(James McCroskey)提出的[1]，他将其定义为“一种对与真实的或想象的他人交流时产生的个人恐惧或焦虑”[2]。护理专业学生在医学院校是一个以女生为主的特殊群体，为了解这一群体人际交往状况，本研究采用交流恐惧自陈量表(PRCA-24)[3]对高校护生进行调查，以期探讨导致高校护生与人交流时表现出交流恐惧的相关影响因素。 　　 　　1 对象与方法 　　 　　1.
