高校学生呼吸道传染病发病的的特点分析 　　摘 要：目的 对高校学生呼吸道传染病的发病特点进行分析，为呼吸道传染病预防方案的制定提供可靠依据。方法 随机选取我院2012年12月～2016年12月所收治的63例高校学生呼吸道传染病患者作为主要研究对象，对高校传染病的传播特点、时间、途径等进行分析。结果 水痘病种所占的比例较大，其次为肺结核；肺结核全年均有发病，主要集中在3～4月份、9～10月份；水痘主要集中在1月份、11～12月份；麻疹发病主要集中在4～6月份；流行性感冒主要集中在10～11月份。结论 呼吸道传染病是高校学生的常见传染病，多发生于冬季；高校学生作为传染病的高危人群，应根据传染病的发病特点制定合理的预防、治疗方案，以降低高校学生的传染病患病率，?_保高校学生身体健康。 　　关键词：高校学生；呼吸道传染病；发病特点 　　中图分类号：R56；R181.3 文献标识码：A DOI：10.3969/j.issn.1006-1959.2018.01.045 　　文章编号：1006-1959（2018）01-0119-02 　　Analysis of the Characteristics of Respiratory Infectious Diseases in College Students 　　GONG Yong-xing1，DUAN Jun-feng2 　　（Yuxi Agricultural Vocational and Technical College，Yuxi 653100，Yunnan，China） 　　Abstract：Objective The incidence characteristics of college students of respiratory infectious diseases were analyzed，and provide a reliable basis for disease prevention programs for respiratory tract infection.Methods In our hospital in December 2012～2016 year in December were randomly selected 63 cases of college students of respiratory infectious disease as the main object of study，the propagation characteristics of infectious diseases， the time，the way to carry on analysis.Results The larger proportion of varicella disease，followed by pulmonary tuberculosis； pulmonary tuberculosis incidence throughout the year，mainly in March～April，September～October；varicella mainly concentrated in November～December，January；the incidence of measles mainly in April～June；influenza mainly concentrated in October～November.Conclusion Respiratory infectious disease is a common infectious disease in college students，occurred in the winter；college students as a high-risk group of infectious diseases，infectious diseases should be according to the characteristic of the reasonable prevention and treatment，to reduce the incidence of infectious disease among college students，to ensure the health of college students. 　　Key words：College students；Respiratory infectious diseases；Characteristics of disease 　　呼吸道传染病（respirator
