健康体检人群幽门螺杆菌感染状况剖析 　　[摘要] 目的 分析健康人群中幽门螺杆菌（Hp）的感染状况。 方法 选取2012年6月～2013年6月在我院进行体检人员1598名，应用14C幽门螺杆菌检测系统对受检人员进行检测，统计感染阳性率。 结果 健康体检人员Hp感染阳性率为44.43%，男、女性Hp感染率分别为48.50%、40.05%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05），有固定工作与无固定工作人员Hp感染率分别为42.77%、51.10%，差异有统计学意义（P0.05），随着年龄增大，Hp感染率呈上升趋势，吸烟及饮酒对Hp的感染影响明显，Hp感染阳性者空腹血糖及甘油三酯较Hp阴性者高。 结论 Hp感染检测在健康体检中可作为常规检查，为临床防治胃部疾病提供理论依据。 　　[关键词] 健康人群；体检； 幽门螺杆菌 　　[中图分类号] R194.3 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2015）09-0070-03 　　Clinical analysis of helicobacter pylori infection in health people 　　MENG Yaping HE Ruming 　　Department of Internal Medicine，Sancang Peoples Hospital in Jiangsu Province，Dongtai 224200，China 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze helicobacter pylori（Hp） infection status of healthy people. Methods All 1 598 cases patients with physical examination from June 2012 to June 2013 in our hospital were chosen.To detect the inspection personnel by detection system 14C of helicobacter pylori， statistic the positive rate of infection. Results The positive rate of Hp infection of health physical examination personnel 44.43%.The Hp infection rates of male and female were 48.50%，40.05%，the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.The Hp infection rates of who have fixed work or have no fixed work were 42.77%， 51.10%， the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）. With the increase of age， Hp infection rates rise. Smoking and drinking alcohol on Hp infection significantly affected.The level of fasting blood glucose and triglyceride in the Hp infection rate is higher than Hp infection negative. Conclusion The detection of Hp infection in healthy physical examination can be used as routine examination， and provide theoretical basis for the clinical prevention and treatment of gastric diseases. 　　[Key words] Healthy people；Physical examination；Helicobacter pylori 　　幽门螺杆菌（Hp）是一种螺旋形、微厌氧杆菌，是目前所知的能够在人胃中生存的唯一微生物种类，是1983年澳大利亚学者发现的。30余年来，国内外大量研究表明Hp在世界不同种族、不同地区均有感染，是胃炎、消化性溃疡的主要影响因素，且与胃癌的发生、发展密切相关[1，2]。因此，对Hp感染的早发现、早诊断在治疗中的作用显得尤其重要[3]。本研究旨在对健康体检人员进行常规Hp感染检测、分析，
