唐氏综合征筛查高风险人群人口特征学剖析 　　摘 要：目的 对十堰地区唐氏综合征筛查高风险人群进行人口特征学分析，以期发现该类人群的共性，加强对其健康管理，提高检出率，减少唐氏儿的出生。方法 选择2010年9月～2014年12月于十堰市妇幼保健院就诊的DS筛查高风险孕妇进行问卷调查，并对调查结果进行统计学分析。结果 研究共纳入89例DS高风险孕妇，≥35岁人群高危占比显著高于35岁人群（P0.05）；多孕多产者、有异常孕产史者高危占比大于孕产次数少、无不良孕产史者，但差异无统计学意义。结论 本研究发现高龄与DS筛查风险值密切相关，多孕多产史、异常孕产史与DS筛查高危有相关趋势，但关系尚不明确。故临床工作中，应加强对高龄孕妇的管理，做好其产前筛查工作；对多孕多产与有异常孕产史妇女也应重视产前筛查。 　　关键词：唐氏综合征；高风险；人口特征 　　中图分类号：R714.55 文献标识码：A DOI：10.3969/j.issn.1006-1959.2018.01.027 　　文章编号：1006-1959（2018）01-0077-03 　　Demographic Characteristics of High Risk Population in Down Syndrome Screening 　　WANG Wen-juan1，KONG Ling-lin1，YE Lei1，XU Shu-qin2 　　（1.School of Nursing，Hubei University of Science and Technology，Xianning 437000，Hubei，China； 　　2.Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology，Shiyan Maternal and Child Health-Care Hospital，Shiyan 442000，Hubei，China） 　　Abstract：Objective To analyze demographic characteristics of people with high risk of Downs syndrome screening in Shiyan，in order to find out the commonality of these people，strengthen their health management，increase the detection rate and reduce the birth of Downs syndrome.Methods Select the September 2010～December 2014 in Shiyan MCH hospital treatment of DS screening high-risk pregnant women questionnaire survey，and the results of the statistical analysis.Results A total of 89 high risk pregnant women with DS were included in the study.The high risk population of ≥35 years old was significantly higher than that of those35 years old（P0.05）；Multi pregnancy，abnormal pregnancy history were high risk pregnancy accounted for more than a few times，no adverse pregnancy history，but the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion The study found that age and DS screening risk value is closely related to multi pregnancy history，history of abnormal pregnancy related trends and DS screening of high risk，but the relationship is not clear.Therefore，in the clinical work，should strengthen the management of older pregnant women，do the work of prenatal scre
