精品 PAGE 精品 摘　　要 温度是表征物体冷热程度的物理量。在工农业生产和日常生活中，对温度的测量控制始终占据着重要地位。温度传感器应用范围之广、使用数量之大，也高居各类传感器之首。 本文使用温度传感器设计了一个完整的测温系统。该系统所采用的温度传感器为热敏电阻温度传感器，放大器为CA3140，微型计算机采用的是 80C51单片机。系统将温度变换、显示和控制集成于一体，利用软件实现计数和报警功能，采用80C51单片机作为系统控制器件。 呼吸检测仪的工作原理是：通过呼吸检测系统中的温度传感器采集温度信号；利用信号提取电路提取有效信号；采用信号处理部分将呼吸模拟信号转换数字信号；通过软件实现计数和显示功能，如果呼吸暂停大于等于10秒，则警报器发出警报。 关键词：温度传感器 信号检测 控制 Abstract The temperature is attributes the object cold hot degree the physical quantity. In the industry and agriculture production and the daily life, throughout is occupying the important status to the temperature survey control. The temperature sensor application scope broad, the use quantity is big, also is head of the kind of sensor. This article application temperature sensor completely designed to measure the warm system. The system used for the temperature sensor thermistor temperature sensor, the amplifier isCA3140, the microcomputer uses is the 80C51 monolithic integrated circuit.The system the temperature transformation,the demonstration and the control integration to a body, counts with the software realization system realization and reports to the police, the control used 80C51to carry on the control to the system. The system principle is: 1st, through the breath examination system in temperature sensor gathering temperature signal, 2, will withdraw the desired signal using the extraction of signal electric circuit 3,partially uses the signal processing to breathe the simulated signal transformation digital signal 4, counts through the software realization with the demonstration function, if the apnea will be bigger than is equal to for 10 seconds, then alarm will send out the warning. The design system satisfies technical specification: Demonstrated the clock error scope is smaller than the 1s/ day, the error does not surpass 0.1s.
