甲状腺疾病191例外科治疗剖析 　　[摘要] 目的 通过对该院收治的甲状腺疾病患者外科治疗的情况以及效果进行分析。方法 选取该院2013年2月―2014年5月收治的191例不同类型的甲状腺病患者临床疾病类型、及手术方式进行分组治疗，治疗后进行临床资料分析。结果 在191例手术的甲状腺病患者中，以结节性甲状腺肿瘤为主大约占到手术患者的（56.54%），腺瘤次之大约占到（22.51%）甲状腺癌症患者大约为（8.90%）甲亢患者大约占到（3.14%）桥本病患者的数量有增加的趋势大约占到（6.81%）手术治疗的主要方式有：良性手术的主要以一侧的腺叶切除为主大约占到38.47%、甲状腺癌的手术主要是对患侧以及峡部的联合切除为主不主张进行颈部的淋巴结的全部清扫；麻醉手术主要颈部神经丛的阻滞为主其中颈丛麻醉的患者97例占患者病例的50.79%，手术的并发症情况近年来有所下降，并发症患者仅有2例。结论 收治的患者中主要以甲状腺结节、腺瘤和癌变为主，手术治疗具体情况根据病变的性质、位置及尺寸进行专业的个性化的治疗方案，认真的手术操作配合专业的麻醉可以减小并发症的发生。 　　[关键词] 外科治疗；甲状腺疾病；手术治疗；麻醉 　　[中图分类号] R4 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-0742（2015）05（c）-0051-03 　　[Abstract] Objective To analyze the surgical treatment for patients with thyroid disease admitted to our hospital and its effects. Methods In our hospital in February 2013 to May 2014 191 cases of different types of thyroid disease in patients with clinical type， and the surgical group after treatment clinical data analysis.
