老年旅游市场旅游行为剖析及开发对策 　　[摘 要] 老年人出游一般都是出于注重身体健康、追求知识文化、探亲访友、追求宗教信仰和强调自我实现的旅游动机。老年人可以自由支配的时间充裕，收入支配方面比较自由，消费观念也发生了变化，使老年旅游市场有着巨大的发展空间。当前存在的主要问题是我国老年旅游市场缺少专门为老年旅游者设计的产品，缺乏完善的医疗保障服务，促销策略也较为单一。旅游企业应针对老年旅游者的决策行为、消费行为和购后行为的特征，定制老年旅游产品、提供人性化的服务、采用多样化的促销组合策略，以更好地促进我国老年旅游的发展。 　　[关键词] 老年旅游市场；旅游行为；开发对策 　　[中图分类号] F590.7 [文献标识码] A 　　Senior Tourist Behavior Analysis and the Development of Tourism Market for the Aged 　　WAN Shaojuan ， WU Chuanbiao 　　Abstract： Traveling motivation of the aged includes seeking for fitness and knowledge， visiting friends and relatives， religious purpose and self-value realization. The elderly also have plenty of free time. They are more independent in disposing their income. And their willingness to spend more on tour is increasing. As a result， there is great potential for the growth of the tourism market targeting on the old people. However， the tourism products designed exactly for these people are far from enough. The health care services for them are not complete. And the marketing strategy is single. Based on the characteristics of the aged in terms of decision making， consumption and post-purchase behavior， tourism enterprises should create proper tourism products， offer people-oriented services and take diversified marketing strategies for the aged tourism market. 　　Key words： tourism market for the aged， tourism behavior， development strategy 　　随着老年人口数量的快速增长，我国已经进入人口老龄化阶段。社会经济的快速发展提高了物质生活水平，老年人开始注重精神生活的丰富。因此，老年旅游飞速发展，老年旅游市场有着巨大的发展空间。但目前我国的旅游企业对老年旅游市场的关注还比较少，在这样的情况下，充分了解老年旅游者的旅游动机及其行为特征，认识到老年旅游市场中存在的问题，并据此提出几点相应的发展对策，希望能更好的发展我国的老年旅游。 　　一、老年旅游者的旅游动机 　　人的动机来源于需要，而旅游需要是复杂多样的，这就决定了人们的旅游动机也呈现出复杂性和多样性。旅游动机是在旅游需要的刺激下，直接促使人们外出旅游的内部驱动力，促使人们旅游行为的发生。由于人生经历与生活背景的差异，我国老年旅游者的旅游动机呈现出独特性。 　　（一）注重身体健康 　　老年旅游者上了年纪，由于身体系统各机能的退化，对自身健康最为关注。外出参加旅游活动的目的是为了舒展筋骨、散心娱乐、健康疗养等。老年旅游者通常选择的旅游目的地是风景优美、气候宜人的地方。 　　（二）追求知识文化 　　我国大部分老年人有自己的个人兴趣和爱好，他们出游的动机是为了增长见闻，开阔眼界，欣赏异地的民风民俗。活到老，学到老，老年人的兴趣爱好十分广泛，如有的老年人爱好历史、有的爱好摄影、有的爱好戏剧、有的爱好异地的民俗风情等。 　　（三）注重探亲访友 　　情感在老年人的生活中占有重要地位，
